"If I could paint faster, I would charge more."

At every performance I get the question, "What do you do with the finished paintings after your performances and rehearsals?"

Originally, I painted over them using the canvas again and again as it is quite time consuming to build, stretch and prime new ones. For the larger sizes, I cannot buy what I need off the shelf and have to build my own.

Lately however, I have been putting some aside if I feel like I got out of it what I intended. Otherwise I still paint them out. Only a very few get set aside. These are now for sale and I am practicing the habit of building and stretching new for more of my shows. Now that my show has taken off I am selling more and setting more aside for sale.

Sizes are typically 7' X 7', 5 1/2' X 5 1/2' and 4' X 4'.

In many cases DVD video of the actual performance can be included in the sale. In most others DVD of a similar performance can be included. The exception would be studio work.

Studio work is more expensive and is often available as hand retouched giclee prints for a more affordable cost. Some of the paintings on this page are older paintings which are dear to me and therefore priced higher.
